Learn to make ganache, a favorite concoction of Pastry Chefs world-wide. Ganache may be used to top cakes, cookies, to create truffles or to add a luxe finish to many pastries. Master the surprisingly simple technique behind making ganache and you’ll find you’ve mastered the art of decadence itself.
· All classes (with the exception of one-on-one experience) must have a minimum of 5 guests. A maximum number of 16 guests.

· Cost per person is doubled on Sundays and Mondays (non-operating days).
